  • No! We are never knowingly using generative AI. We value human creativity!

  • In an effort to honor sustainability and reduce overproduction, all of our items are created individually for you and shipped directly by our printing partners.

    • Our apparel is printed and shipped by Printful within 2-6 business days.

    • Our deluxe journals are printed and shipped by Bookvault UK within 20 business days.

    • Our paperback journals are printed and shipped by IngramSpark within 5-10 business days.

    If the shipping address needs to be changed, message me as soon as possible and I will try to correct it, but if any order including misspelled names and incorrect shipping addresses due to client’s error is too late to be changed, the order will not be refunded. Replacements can be purchased for full price.

  • We cannot be held responsible or liable for any packages once they have been shipped. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for package theft or if the item is lost in the mail. There is recourse you can take with the shipping agency if this takes place.
